BIO
Laura Frank is carving her own path as an artist in the Australian Country music scene. Bold and enigmatic, her songs are the epitome of true story telling. Frank is a force to be reckoned with as she combines edgy, gritty lyrics into a solid pop-rock production.
Born and raised in regional South East Queensland, Laura is known for bringing both sassy country rock and sentimental ballads to the stage. A strong live performer, Laura captivates audiences with her energy and ability to take listeners on wild ride; evoking both an array of emotions and providing an escape from the present moment.
Drawing inspiration from a strong line of dynamic powerhouse performers such as Pink, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood and Kasey Chambers. Laura has performed alongside big names like James Blundell, Brad Cox, Brad Butcher, Jeremy Marou (Busby Marou) and busker turned superstar Tones and I. She has also rocked stages at Tamworth Country Music Festival, BigSound and more.
When she’s not on stage or in the studio, Laura has been building her own house in regional SEQ, a project she is very proud to have achieved.
